Stone Auction and Realty is a North Carolina based auction, real estate brokerage and marketing company.  Our goal is to provide professional auction and marketing services with the highest standards of integrity and trust for both clients and customers.  We believe our goal is best achieved through a well planned, highly promoted, and competitive bidding process, whether at public auction or sealed bid.

Stone Auction & Realty was founded in 1974 by Tony R. Stone.  Tony served as president of the Auctioneers Association of NC in the mid 80’s, and was appointed by Governor James Martin to serve on the NC Auctioneer Licensing Board for 6 years, one of which he served as Chairman. For his distinguished service to the auction industry, 

Tony was inducted into the NC Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 1990. He is a member of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and holds the designation AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) after completing the 3-year course of study at Indiana University. The AARE designation is held by less than 1% of the auctioneers in the US. We have conducted numerous auctions for bankers, attorneys, corporations, and municipalities who wish to benefit from the private treaty and auction method of marketing and selling.
